In a good team there is a mixture of qualities. In a team of all white ravens or hipos they destroy each other or pull each other down than upwards. In a good team is 1 + 1 = 3. In a team of 3 hypos is the outcome 2. In the beginning the competition is motivating but after a while a threat.
